I mistakenly failed to book one night for our party but insisted that I'd done so, thinking I had. Loic arranged the extra night without anybody having to change rooms and without any fuss whatsoever so I must both apologise to and thank him for doing that. The staff in general were absolutely superb in dealing with a large party of non-French speakers and addressed every question or issue with friendly professionalism.

The hotel has stylish and reasonably large rooms with comfortable beds and better than nothing and kettle. The location it has near the river or inside building as well as the centre of Epinal is peaceful.

The hotel is well positioned, with an easy walk to the center of town, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. it has a secure private parking area, providing peace of mind for those traveling by car.
The hotel's restaurant was closed at lunch and dinner, limiting dining options who prefer to dine on-site.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spotless and the bed was so comfortable, I slept like a baby. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast, which was definitely worth the extra cost. Even though there was a lot of celebration happening outside due to France winning the world cup, the soundproof windows ensured that I still had a peaceful night's sleep.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Upon arrival, we found parking over the road, cheaper than the hotel car park. Our room, 230, was spacious and well-insulated from noise. The breakfast staff were really good, friendly, and attentive. The selection of food and hot drinks was excellent. The hotel is located downtown, making it convenient for exploring. I recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Conveniently located near various restaurants and shops in the bustling area, this hotel offers excellent service. the spacious rooms are especially notable, featuring comfortable beds, coffee machines, and updated bathrooms. the breakfast spread provides plenty of options, from fresh juice to healthy choices. Staff members are informative, pointing us toward a nearby riverside bakery. the hotel is situated in a highly competitive area and right in the center of the action.
Some guests may find the view outside the window less than spectacular.
